Welcome to AuraUp ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About the App
AuraUp is a family chores app. Kids create Wants, parents assign chores, and kids complete them with photo proof. The App is designed for use within a family unit.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
A parent or guardian must create the family account. Children under 13 may only use the App under parent or guardian supervision.
3. Family Structure
Each family has one or more parents and one or more kids. Parents manage assignments and approvals. Kids create Wants and submit proof.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the App for family chore management only
- Submit truthful and accurate chore completion photos
- Do not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Do not attempt to access other families' data
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of submitted content. You grant AuraUp a limited license to store/display it within the App for chore verification.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraUp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy.
