Content Policy
AuraUp allows users to submit photos as proof of chore completion. This policy explains what is and is not allowed.
1. Photo Submissions
- Should show genuine evidence of a completed chore
- Should be taken by the person submitting the chore
- Should be relevant to the assigned task
2. Prohibited Content
- Nudity or sexually explicit material
- Violence, gore, or graphic imagery
- Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content
- Bullying, harassment, or threats
- Illegal activities or substances
- Any content that exploits or endangers minors
3. Content Moderation
Parents are primary moderators inside their family and review submitted photos. We may remove content that violates this policy.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter policy-violating content or misuse, contact us for review. Reports are reviewed and addressed in a reasonable timeframe.
5. Content Removal
We may remove content at any time if it violates this policy. Repeat violations may result in suspension.
6. Account Suspension
Accounts that repeatedly violate this policy may be suspended or terminated.
7. Appeals
If you believe content was removed or your account was suspended in error, contact aura@jafar.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
